Dealer is accompanied by a Five Year
Limited Warranty giving superior protection and peace
of mind to you, the consumer. There is never a charge for
warranty service.
Just fill
out the information on the warranty card in the Five Year
Limited Warranty booklet at the time of sale. Milne
Jewelry will will be happy to assist you if you need any
help. You can call us at 801-486-1618 during regular
business hours.
Service Guide
When sending your watch for service...
- Enclose warranty card if warranty
service is required.

- Do not send the watch in the display
box.

- Please add cushioning to protect your
watch for mailing. Secure mailing box with tape and mail
insured.

- Enclose your Name, Complete Mailing
Address and Phone Number (day and night).

- List the specific details of the
problem with your watch.

- Send your watch to Citizen Service

- An acknowledgement card will be sent
to you in 3 to 5 days showing the Citizen repair job
number. Keep the card on file and always refer to the
repair job number when making inquiries about the status
of the repair.

- An estimate for repairs in excess of $25.00
will be sent to you with your acknowledgement card (for
watch service not covered under warranty).
We guarantee that every watch we
sell is a new "Genuine" US model Citizen watch from
Citizen Watch Company of America, complete with full warranty and
instruction booklet. We do not sell gray market, overseas,
refurbished, or counterfeit products.
