tyranist's Review
Neil Gaiman is very adept at presenting us with a modern world that is very slightly unlike the one we live in. This kind of
story fascinates me. To walk down a street that appears normal and question the little things that don't quite sit right.
Gaiman's vision of London Below is beautiful and dirty and foreign all at the same time. Richard Mayhew is a common man and very
easily identified with. I would highly recommend this book to fans of modern fantasy and to those who enjoy peaking at a
slightly darker existence that mirrors our own.
