Spectre's Review
I loved this one. David Drake has a very consistent writing style. I did notice, however, there were a couple of 'cute' things
in this book that were not in the first. I hope the third one doesn't have as many cute things, Drake doesn't need to add that
kind of crap to his books. The characters are well developed, the plot flows smoothly, and the action is intense. I really
like the world created by Drake. Cashel is my favorite character. He seems to be the one I best relate to (not in his
strength, but in his attitude towards his surroundings). I highly recommend adding this to your permanent collection.
