Deposit And Final Payment

A one night deposit must be received within 7 days after the original booking date or your reservation may automatically be canceled. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. During the Christmas Holiday Season, the balance due must be paid by November 15th, and cancellations after final payment has been received will be subject to full forfeiture.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A $50.00 HANDLING FEE will be withheld from your initial deposit if cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival. There are NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made less than 45 days from your arrival date. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. However, you will have ONE YEAR from your original arrival date to re-book the same property with no additional charges. There are also NO REFUNDS for poor snow conditions, severe weather, or early departure.

General Set-Up In Units

Our condominiums are fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils and cookware. WE DO NOT PROVIDE DAILY MAID SERVICE. However, we do have on-site laundry facilities. If maid service is desired, it can be arranged for a $20.00 per hour charge. If your stay is more than 7 days, you will be provided a mid-week cleaning and change of linens at no extra charge. PLEASE NOTE: The unit is cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. All we ask you to do is straighten up the kitchen, start the dishwasher, and take out the trash. Our cleaning service will handle it from there.
